ABANTUTOPIA PROJECT

The Abantutopia Project is a knowledge experiment that uses imagination and visualization to conjure up new realities. This magical practice is drawn from ancient practices of our ancestors who knew the art and craft of forming new realities. Abantutopia, as the name suggests, is an antithesis to the dystopian  cities designed for black Africans commonly known as townships  conceived as grid like fascist  cities that were devoid of meaning, although they have become much more. Abantutopia is a speculative sustainable future African city for all Africans, and is grounded on indigenous African knowledge and values.
